• Open Outlook in your pc.
• Go to File and navigate to Open and Export >> Import and Export.

Steps to Import Outlook Contacts to Salesforce are;

1. Open Salesforce account and search for Data Import Wizard.

2. Now, click Lanuch Wizard button as shown below.

3. Either you can drag your Contact.csv file or click Outlook CSV from menu.

4. Browse and add Outlook Contact CSV file. After adding the file click Next button.

5. You can edit or modified the contact field, (but its better remain in default format) then click Next.

6. Now, click Start Import button.

Now Salesforce will strat importing Outlook Contacts in few moments.
