In order to merge PST to OST file, you can use the following steps.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
2. Click on the “File” menu in the top-left corner.
3. Now Click on the Import/Export option.
4. A pop-up window will appear, here select “Import from another program or file” and click “Next”.
5. Select “Outlook Data File i.e. PST” and click the Next button.
6. Click on Browse and add the Outlook PST file that you want to import.
7. Select the file and click Next.
8. Now select the option to import the file in the existing folder or to create a new one then, hit the Next button.
9. Choose the destination folder where you want to import the .pst file.
10. Select the “include subfolder” option as well.
11. Also, choose the option “Import items into the same folder in”.
12. Now click the Finish button to start the import process.
