Step 1. Open Outlook in your system

Step 2. Now Select Deleted Item Folders on the Left Panel and Select Recover Deleted Items from Server in the Home tab.

Step 3. Find your Contact name in the subject column.

Step 4. One you found your contact, select the required contact, select Restore Selected Item and click on Ok

Once you click Ok button, your deleted contacts from Outlook will get restored.
